Herbal Alliance Event – Using herbs & flower essences to enhance emotional & physical wellbeing
How using herbs and flower essences alongside meditation could enhance your emotional and physical wellbeing.
In a busy and often stressful world, it’s so important to support your wellbeing.
Meditation can be a great way to help you to feel calmer, look at your life in a different way or perhaps enable you to explore your inner most feelings.
Yet sometimes it’s difficult to ‘get in the zone.’
Your mind is agitated and accessing your inner wisdom is a challenge.
You feel you need some help.
Herbs and flower essences may be the assistance you need to help you to feel calmer, to access that inner knowing that resides in you (yes, we all have it) and perhaps enhance the feeling of peace and harmony during and after your practice.
In this webinar we will explore:
1. How and why herbs and flower essences may be able to help you to feel calmer and more in touch with your feelings and inner wisdom.
2. Herbs that may be able to help you to feel calmer and more relaxed.
3. Some of the herbs that have been traditionally used to support a meditation practice.
4. How flower essences may help with finding your mental and emotional harmonic balance.
