In this talk, Kate will explore tuning in and staying connected with your body to help remedy imbalances before they progress. She will bring in the Ayurvedic views on hunger, thirst and stages of the disease, as well as ways of noticing and working with emotions in the body. This event is open to all members of the public, and everyone is welcome.

About the speaker

Kate Siraj is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner (BSc Ayurveda, MAPA), a Shadow Work group facilitator and coach and a co-founder and lecturer at The Ayurveda Academy. She has three children and is passionate about a healthy diet and lifestyle as a way of keeping them fit, strong and disease free. Previous to discovering her love for Ayurveda, Kate completed a chemistry degree at Oxford University and then worked as a marketing manager for a blue-chip multinational.
