I am a Western Medical Herbalist who is trained in orthodox medical diagnosis but uses herbal medicines for treatment. My practice is in West Wickham near Bromley in South London. I treat any condition you may take to your GP, but I have a particular interest in the treatment of insomnia and the underlying causes particularly anxiety, depression and hormonal imbalances. Following a consultation, I can select from a wide range of herbs those that will be most beneficial for each person. The advantage of using herbal medicines is that they contain natural compounds from plants with few side effects, and provide safe, gentle, and effective healthcare.
